2. Website access and server logs

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL, transferred data, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and reliable provision of the website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only as long as required for operation and abuse detection unless a security incident requires longer retention.

3. Class registration

For registration we process the child’s name and date of birth, the selected class, and the parent or guardian’s name, address, email address and telephone number. Required information is necessary to process registration, allocate a place and deliver the class under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is transmitted securely and forwarded to KITUWI by email. Successful registrations are not permanently stored as entries in the website database.

4. Contact

When you contact us, we process your information to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual matters and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when the enquiry is completed unless retention obligations apply.

5. Spam protection and external services

Forms use locally executed timing checks and a honeypot; no data is sent to external captcha providers. Google Maps is loaded only after your consent. Fonts are served locally and the public pages use no analytics or marketing cookies.

6. Your rights

Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact info@kituwi.de. You may also complain to a data protection authority, particularly the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia.
